Project: Gosford Hospital EPG Upgrade
Customer: Kenshaw Electrical
Scope: Design a new generator control system with the DSE 8660 & 8610 to seamlessly integrate with the Cummins PCC3.3 generator controller. The system was to have loading and dynamic load-shedding capabilities. The system had to be able to operate in multiple scenarios: one generator, two generators, mains failure during testing and a temporary generator.
John Hunter Hospital Program—Commission New Cummins EPG Installation
Project: John Hunter Hospital EPG Upgrade
Customer: Kenshaw Electrical
Scope: Calibrate and program the newly installed Cummins generators with PCC 3.3
controllers. Synchronise the generators, set up HLI interface and commission as per hospital requirements.
Koramba Cotton Gin—Program, Integrate & Commission New PCC3.3 to 3100 system
Project: Koramba Power Station Repower
Customer: Cummins South Pacific
Scope: Newly installed Cummins C1100D5 generator was installed to an existing fully integrated system. The new C1100D5 control system was a PCC3.3. The existing system was a PCC3100 with remote load sharing via a Toshiba PLC. First start arbitration had to be mitigated. Load sharing had to be set up and programmed. This was one of the first QST30-powered 3100 to 3.3 integrations in Australia.
