TAB Corp—Heisman to DSE Upgrade

Project: Control System Upgrade

Customer: TAB Corp

Scope: Replacement of the current Heisman control system with a new DSE control system. New Woodward PISC (proportional integrated speed controllers) were installed for speed control. The DSE controller used was a DSE 8920 with a 7” graphical display.

St Vincent Hospital—PLC & Generator Control Upgrade

Project: Control System Upgrade

Customer: St Vincent Hospital

Scope: Replacement of the Current ATS PLC system, design, program and installation.

Replacement of the current generator controller to a controller with higher protection and HLI Features. The ATS PLC was replaced from a Modicon Twido PLC to a Schnider M221 PLC. The generator controller was replaced from a legacy Woodward 1000 to a Woodward Easygen 0800.

Central Coast Council—Replacement of Kholer DEC1000 to Woodward EG0800

Project: Control System Upgrade

Customer: Central Coast Council

Scope: Current Kholer DEC1000 controller had an intermittent display fault. The customer wanted the system replaced with a system that had higher HLI features. A new Woodward Easy Gen 0800 was installed with an expansion IDK. Additionally, a flowline DL14 was installed with a Red Lion seven-segment display.
